We’re seeking a DevOps Manager to support the growth of our digital channels and enhance our customer’s experience by driving system reliability. The right person will bring together our development, QA, and operations teams to solidify and enhance our DevOps practices.
Develop KPIs that track the performance of our digital assets and push us to increasing operational maturity and implement measurement and reporting of operational performance
Staff, manage, and lead a team of top professionals responsible for automating CI/CD, quality & security gates, monitoring & alerting, incident management, and corrections of errors
Create succinct specifications, documentation, and presentations to guide implementation and educate collaborators
Make sound prioritization, management, and technical decisions based on deep technical knowledge and understanding of business objectives
Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and development to design and implement devops and ops processes and procedures
Guide the technical architecture of our devops pipeline and tooling
Research, evaluate, select, and implement tooling
At least five years of experience implementing devops and SRE practices spanning development, quality assurance, operations, security, infrastructure, and support
Success building and leading technical teams of 5-15 professionals
Proficiency with AWS systems engineering and security
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Consummate collaborator who cultivates a blame-free learning environment
Software development experience either in systems programming or infrastructure engineering
Preferred experience in regulated industry, extra points for Financial Services, B2C business, integrating with classic systems, distributed systems fundamentals
