The Senior Finance Analyst - Incentives is a key team member supporting a healthy and balanced approach to total rewards for our employees and leaders. This individual will leverage analytical and partnership skills in order to support these initiatives.

Responsibilities include

  • Key contributor on target setting process

  • Provide support on VIP monthly and quarterly incentive compensation processes

  • Supports compensation strategy, design, and analysis – working with large data sets

  • Partners with home office and field management on matters related to branch network incentive programs 

  • Contributes to monthly and quarterly reporting and data analytics related to incentive results

  • Financial modeling

  • Presents analysis to management 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • A minimum of three years of proven analysis and modeling skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work

  • Detail and customer service orientation

  • Problem solving skills
