The Senior Finance Analyst - Incentives is a key team member supporting a healthy and balanced approach to total rewards for our employees and leaders. This individual will leverage analytical and partnership skills in order to support these initiatives.
Key contributor on target setting process
Provide support on VIP monthly and quarterly incentive compensation processes
Supports compensation strategy, design, and analysis – working with large data sets
Partners with home office and field management on matters related to branch network incentive programs
Contributes to monthly and quarterly reporting and data analytics related to incentive results
Presents analysis to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of three years of proven analysis and modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills
Strong mathematical skills
Intermediate PowerPoint skills
Ability to influence and communicate effectively
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
Detail and customer service orientation
Problem solving skills
