We’re seeking Digital Product Manager to help define, establish, and scale an industry-leading Point-of-Sale capability to responsibly connect more consumers with the funding they need to cover important, big-ticket purchases. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, a competent communicator, and above all, experienced in overseeing product development throughout the product lifecycle. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do
Understand OneMain’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals
Play a key role in the discovery efforts for our new Point of Sale capability, including developing the use cases and features, supporting the buy vs. build analysis, and defining MVP
Build consensus on future product vision, priorities, and features; work with engineering, business teams, and external parties to translate these into a dynamic roadmap aimed at getting incremental value to market quickly
Foster consistent, omnidirectional communication to build transparency and trust, communicate status, incorporate learnings, unblock progress, etc.
Focus your design and engineering partners’ experience and talent on solving the most valuable problems throughout the product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Measure and review data and research on product changes to determine the need to iterate further – nothing deploys without the ability to measure performance
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected
Skills and experience you’ll need
Experience “standing up” a new product or capability preferred; experience building platforms supporting multiple third-party integrations also preferred
5+ years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced technology-oriented company, with product ownership from idea to execution
Sense of accountability and high standards for quality, scalability, customer experience, and operational readiness
Strong stakeholder management skills and a bias for collaboration when roles and responsibilities are unclear
Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives and dependencies of a project
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of best practices in product and software development processes
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications
Experience working in an agile environment
