BrightWay is a recent entrant into the credit card space, and we are looking to more than triple in size in the next year through targeted acquisition, while introducing a steady stream of enhancements to our highly rated native mobile. We have an ambitious, but achievable product roadmap and we are looking for someone who can drive continuous delivery of high-quality features and experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy, product roadmap, and product development process for one of three core development teams, working closely with analytics, design and full-stack engineering team
Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements
Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet feature acceptance criteria
Manage and own dependencies across teams and vendors
Actively track and manage all aspects of product development including feasibility assessment, requirements grooming, process documentation, hypothesis validation, and testing
Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience
Experience working with high performing agile teams critical
Able to properly scope, key milestones, objectives, and dependencies of a project
Technically proficient to communicate with and support engineers effectively
Comfortable working cross-functionally in an agile environment
Able to think critically and independently
Bachelor’s degree required
Location: hybrid schedule, on-site in our Charlotte office 2x/week
