Responsible for delivering responsive, accurate, and courteous service. Duties include answering information inquiries from customers through various delivery channels to include but not limited to: telephone, email, and fax. The position will promote the organization’s HR products and services. Responsible for adhering to scripts, knowledge base system, and researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an inbound call center
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or in a related area
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail while utilizing communication skills and listening skills
- Relies on standard procedures, experience, and judgement as agreed by supervisor to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Position reports to supervisor
