We’re hiring aUXDesigner todriveall design work at Trim, applying a customer-obsessedapproach to make our product more useful,engagingand effective. In this role you’ll leadend-to-enddesign work for the Trim product,primarily focused onresponsiveweb, with an emphasis on mobileexperience.You’ll own UX flows for new feature launches and drive continuous iterationon thelanding page,onboarding flow, andcustomerdashboard.

We are a remote-first company. Our team is distributed across the U.S. and has access to a network ofOneMainoffices in New York City, Baltimore, Wilmington, Austin, and Chicago. Own all aspects of design at Trim@OneMain,fromunderstandingusers andproblem definition, iterating on possible solutions,through last-miledetailed designimplementation
Contribute to overall strategic product planning
Work with research expertsandto test prototypes and conceptsin a pre-development stage
Learnfrom user research andpartner with Trim’s Certified Financial Planner, when applicable, tocreatetestableiterationsbased on those insights
Design simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight our customersand deliver desired business results
Partner withproduct managersand engineers to oversee user experience for products and featuresfrom conception to launch
Digest current complex product requirements and present UX alternatives to PM
4+ years ofUX/UIexperience
Highly skilledw/Figma/Sketchand other design tools
Comfortable collaborating with a PM and Product Lead on product briefs
Expertiseworking in an iterative, Agile environment, including contributing towards high-volume A/B testing
Experience incorporating user research into design process
Experience usingand contributing toa design system
