The Role 
We are currently seeking an Associate Director, for our Operating Model Strategy & Analytics team in Wilmington, DE. This individual will leverage data driven strategy and analytics to help optimize customer and shareholder outcomes with a particular focus on operating model transformation. These strategies include, but are not limited to, testing alternative channel and footprint strategies and their associated need for key performance drivers, staffing model and optimization, incentive structure, and workforce management and capacity.   

A successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen, as well as demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes or projects across the end-to-end project cycle. They will gain knowledge to suggest new answers to old questions, develop insights and push the traditional boundaries of the branch experience. In addition, this candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to partner with the leadership team and develop solutions that are executable and meaningful in practice.   


  • Designing and executing new strategies and tests across Originations, Servicing, and Collections efforts in alignment with our overall operating model transformation objectives 

  • Maintaining and effectively prioritizing a backlog of competing initiatives; translating strategic priorities into individual/team initiatives and manage expectations   

  • Developing data-driven analysis, monitoring and insights to directly influence both new tests as well as the evolution of existing experiments  

  • Understanding the data environment to appropriately prioritize and set expectations for key reporting, and analytical priorities  

  • Partnering with other functional areas to bring a strategic and data-driven lens to decision making  


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate a plus) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management or Computer Science is preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving. Master’s or PHD degrees may offset experience

  • At least one year of people management experience 

  •  Strong SAS / SQL and Excel skills; proficiency in other analytical or business intelligence platforms a plus 

  • Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems

  • Effectively prioritizing competing initiatives across direct reports; translating strategic priorities into individual/team initiatives and manage expectations  

  • Managing and developing a team of direct reports
