We are seeking an Decision Rule Developer to join our Risk Execution team.
This is a hybrid role located in Wilmington DE. Candidates within the Mid-Atlantic will be expected to occasionally visit the Wilmington Office. Candidates will also be considered local to our Headquarters in Evansville, IN.
Business-focused collaboration with Information Technology and strategy development teams to help develop and execute credit decision code.
Implement credit risk predictive models and decision rules in production in partnership with Data Science (Modeling) and Strategy teams
Writing and debugging code using Python programming
Develop testing & control procedures to ensure execution accuracy and effective post implementation monitoring
2+ years experience in coding credit rules
Exposure to machine learning models
Proficient in SQL and Excel / Pivot tables
Proficient use of Python
Knowledge of Credit Karma Lightbox Platform a plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or statistical fields
