We are seeking a hands-on Decisioning Tools Developer to join our Risk Execution team. This individual will work in a dynamic, agile team. This requires partnering with a variety of business partners to understand their needs and leading execution of business logic through multiple platforms. In this hands-on role the candidate will collaborate with external vendors of decision rule technology.

Hybrid role located in Wilmington DE. Candidates within the Mid-Atlantic will be expected to occasionally visit the Wilmington Office. Candidates will also be considered local to our Headquarters in Evansville, IN.


  • Business-focused collaboration with Information Technology and strategy development teams to help in executing credit models & strategies strategy execution

  • Work collaboratively across business, technical, and various platform specialists to identify new opportunities and improve current work flows and execution

  • Implement credit risk models and decision rules in production in partnership with Data Science (Modeling) and internal/external technology teams

  • Develop testing & control procedures to ensure execution accuracy and effective post implementation monitoring

  • Learn new decisioning platforms and credit execution work flows


  • 4+ years in financial services or other organization with use of models and decisioning tools

  • Familiarity with credit decision tools like Experian Strategy Manager, STRATA, Blaze, and others

  • Ability to convert functional requirements into logical statements and write execution code

  • Working knowledge of SAS/SQL to analyze data sets

  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in a team environment

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
