The HRBP collaborates with managers to develop business objectives and align people practices delivering on business results. The HRBP builds a strong consultative relationship with managers, possesses excellent communication skills and strong business acumen. Location of this position is based upon area of support.

Responsibilities:
Collaborative Advisor
Partner with business unit to integrate sustained solutions to specific challenges
Analyze performance and execution challenges with leaders
Collaborate with and enable managers to ensure adequate support to deliver on business strategy
Ensure focus on initiatives with highest ROI
Partner with Recruitment, HRIS, and Compensation teams
Talent Development
Collaborate with Organizational Development and Learning to identify training needs.
Deliver training that supports effective leadership, high performing teams and organizational agility
Integrate enterprise-wide strategies for talent and engagement activities
Understand the talent needs of the business and anticipate and identify talent issues before they impact the business
Collaborate with managers to ensure talent management programs are aligned with business objectives
Leverage established talent strategy in the business unit to meet talent gaps
Partner with managers to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that support organizational goals and objectives
Culture and Organizational Values Advocate
Serve as a balanced advocate for leaders and team members
Drive cultural assimilation through team member and manager partnerships
Facilitate an environment focused on inclusion and diversity
Promote environment and experiences based upon key leadership principles and attributes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Consult on investigations or employee concerns as needed.

Qualifications:
5 + years human resources business partner/generalist or consultant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience consulting in a hybrid and/or decentralized environment preferred
Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources including federal and state employment laws
Ability to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and promote resolutions that have a direct impact to the business strategy
Skill to read a situation, navigate sensitivities and find creative solutions to people issues and initiatives
Proven success in understanding and anticipating business priorities and contributing to the development of the business strategy
Self-starter: able to challenge the status-quo sensitively and constructively
Possesses a mix of intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and pragmatism
Proven ability to analyze and present data to drive understanding and actionable strategies
