Role Summary

Key Accountabilities

  • Performs ongoing data analysis & model building in support of Fair Lending initiatives
  • Enhance current model validation infrastructure and take ownership of validations
  • Perform deep dives on model validations and provide expert analysis to a broad audience
  • Build challenger models when appropriate using ML techniques
  • Take a lead role in ERM analytics as required
  • Provide thought leadership and expert judgment on various analytical issues

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant analytical experience in credit scorecard modeling
  • 1+ year experience in Fair lending analytics highly desirable
  • Strong applied knowledge of machine learning models & data mining methods
  • Strong Statistics background
  •  Expert knowledge of Microsoft tools and SAS
  •  Working knowledge of R/Python highly desired
  •  Deep desire to learn new things and thrive in  a fast paced environment
  •  Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
