Risk Management - Analyst Int
Location: Baltimore, MD
As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst in OneMain’s Cybersecurity Risk team, you will be focused on providing advice, credible challenge, and effective oversight of cybersecurity and technology activities to identify, assess, and manage technology and cybersecurity risk throughout the organization.
As a part of the team, you will be involved in driving risk treatment and collaborating with business areas across the organization to identify and properly manage risk. This position plays a critical role in ensuring technology and cybersecurity risk is managed through the defined risk treatment processes.
Members of the Cybersecurity Risk team are motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment where they will add value to key business partners.This position will require you to be adaptive, willing to drive change and innovation, and work in a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration and the ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of all technology and cybersecurity issues that require remediation.
- Participate in multiple cyber risk treatment processes, including issues management, risk acceptance and risk exception.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple teams to achieve objectives and manage updates on multiple processes.
- Utilize the GRC tool to track and provide updates on technology and cybersecurity issues and risk exceptions
- Support team goals by maintaining knowledge of cybersecurity policies and standards and identifying exceptions.
- Build relationships between the Cybersecurity team and the rest of the organization, which will require collaboration and the ability to provide risk management advice.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand risks, identify issues and determine required remediation efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years experience in technology, risk management or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with a GRC platform.
- Familiarity and understanding of CIS Top 20, New York Department of Financial Services 23 NYCRR 500 Regulation ("NYDFS"), NIST, and PCI.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to identify exceptions or non-compliance and determine the action plans required for remediation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, individually, and as a team.

Baltimore MD, Target base salary range is $50,000- $80,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
