This role is a hands‑on, individual contributor position responsible for designing, integrating, and evolving IAM capabilities in close partnership with engineering, product, and business teams. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, contributes to secure design decisions, and influences outcomes through technical expertise and collaboration rather than people management.

Partner closely with IT teams, product owners, and software development teams to embed scalable IAM capabilities into platforms and applications using modern integration patterns. Establish, document, and communicate IAM services, capabilities, policies, and procedures to stakeholders and consumers across the organization. Serve as a trusted IAM subject matter expert, influencing secure design decisions and promoting the adoption of IAM best practices across teams. Contribute to the broader information security mission through strong collaboration, technical leadership, and strategic influence.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience implementing security controls within modern application or platform environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cybersecurity engineering solutions with a focus on IAM.
- Strong hands on expertise across core IAM capabilities, including SSO, MFA, access lifecycle management, Just in Time (JIT) access, least privilege access, and API based integrations.
- Ability to independently analyze complex security problems and deliver well-reasoned, effective solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional engineering and business partners and influence outcomes through expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP certification or a comparable, industry‑recognized cybersecurity certification.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions into modern application architectures and cloud based platforms.
- Familiarity with zero trust and least privilege security models.
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment, with an understanding of how regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations influence security operations.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
