About the role:
We are looking for aSenior Product Managerto join our Customer Managementteam.In this role,you’lloverseeefforts to drivecustomer engagement with Cards products, driving incremental usage and spend, while enhancing the customer experience within theBrightWaymobile appand other digital properties.
AsaSenior Product Manager,you have a proventrack recordof delivering awesome customer experiences and results at scale. You have a strong bias for action, andyou’lldo whatever it takes to get it done. You are a strategic thinker who canproposeinnovativeideas andexecute onlong termroadmapswhile managing stakeholders across theorganization.You mix strong data-driven focus with product intuition to challenge the boundaries of whata great productexperience can do.You are open-minded and inquisitive. You are a team player.
This is a hybrid role based out of either our Charlotte, North Carolina or Wilmington, DE office.
Your responsibilities:
Manageyour team’s roadmap todeliveron quarterly and annual business goals.
Identifyand drive strategic initiativesandlong termroadmapswithin theCustomer Managementspace, staying on top of the market and customer expectations. You should bring unique and ownable solutions to our business challenges.
Manage and own dependencies across teams and vendors
Gain a deep understandingofourcustomers’needs and pain points through data analysis, and direct user interactions.
Communicate status updates, strategic risks and key dependencies, progress againstobjectives, and wins to yourteam leaders.Be a critical voice fortheteam to help clarify the strategy and amplify the work.
Partnerclosely with cross functional team members acrossproduct,design, engineering, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery across launches.
Your qualifications:
4-6yearsofexperience working on successful digital consumer products, ideally in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated success in standing up or running new products or experiences, and the relentless pursuit of details needed for execution.
Experience creating a product vision and strategy and aligning it across cross-functional teams.
Experience with a Product Operating Model and the OKR framework.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Customerfocusand drive to deliver constant value.
Demonstrated ability toautonomouslysolve complex problems and carry the solution end to end.
Extensive hands-one experienceleading scrum teams, andproficiency inwriting detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your domain.
Expertise with programs such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro.
Nice to have:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, fintech, etc.
