Associate Director End User Support (AI Productivity Tools)
Location: New York, NY
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain enterprise-supported genAI toolset for corporate end users. Oversee user onboarding and provide technical support.
- Identify needs and pilot new genAI tools for corporate users. Gather user feedback and metrics to assess value and fitness for the organization.
- Partner with Enablement & Literacy Lead to:
- Define success metrics and goals for genAI adoption and usage
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Address training needs of the organization through demos, workshops, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with risk and data teams to ensure responsible AI usage aligned with organizational values and regulatory requirements.
- Research and align with the latest trends related to GenAI, bringing best practices back to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8 years of experience in end user support, product development, or a related IT field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to make recommendations and explain GenAI concepts to all levels of the organization.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with GenAI, including ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and agentic systems.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing successful enterprise initiatives, preferably related to GenAI or other innovative technology.
- Experience with all elements of change management.
- Proven capacity to work independently and manage multiple, competing demands.
- Ability to travel domestically.

Target base salary range is xx-xx, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
