This role is responsible for aligning the overall strategy defining market opportunities, advancing product/service mix, and evaluating partnerships that drive revenue growth and profitability. Success is a targeted and competitive full spectrum product resulting in deeper market penetration with effective pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy, Growth Planning and Strategic Execution
Develop a clear, data-backed understanding of established markets and opportunity mapping across targeted geographies and dealer segments.
Lead market sizing, competitive analysis, and growth modeling to inform strategic priorities.
Define and prioritize strategic growth initiatives to expand the product’s reach and influence in key markets.
Align product and service offerings with emerging market needs, competitive intelligence, and evolving dealer needs.
Partner with cross functional teams to define strategic initiatives that support market expansion and dealer acquisition.
Build business cases for investment in new markets, capabilities, and partnerships.
Translate high-level vision into actionable, measurable growth strategies.
Manage strategic partnerships developing alternative customer acquisition channels and monetizing declined applications
Oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives, monitor compliance and mitigate operational risk.
Support change management initiatives to ensure that new strategic directions are successfully implemented across the organization. Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Pricing and Profitability Strategy
Partner with Analytics/Data Science to architect a pricing model grounded in value delivery, dealer segments, and market elasticity.
Utilize competitive benchmarking and internal data to continuously refine pricing levers and positioning
Sales Force Effectiveness
Partner with Sales Leadership to embed accountability, forecasting accuracy, and dealer success metrics.
Collaborate on initiatives to improve sales enablement, pipeline quality, and win rates.
Evaluate and identify sales structure, coverage models, and go-to-market strategies to optimize dealer model
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
15 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services or auto finance industry.
Proven success in designing and executing strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and operational efficiency through cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and financial modeling experience; able to link strategy to bottom-line impact.
Knowledge of sales force effectiveness, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience in auto finance, lending, or a related financial services field is preferred.
Experience leading strategic growth in complex, regulated environments.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
Deep understanding of the auto finance market, consumer lending, or financial products.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Expertise in modeling, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
