Apply Now Full Job Title: Associate Director, Email Channel Marketing Job Number: R2407-42255 Location: Wilmington, Delaware Date Posted: 10/02/2024This role will help create, execute, and optimize new Email channel marketing efforts to improve OneMain’s email solicitation capabilities and grow our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative at working with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, technology and operations, to develop new data sources, campaign capabilities and strategies that expand our company’s ability to leverage the email communications channel.
In the Role
- Coordinate development and execution of new marketing campaigns and test strategies with marketing, analytics, operations, and digital teams
- Lead cross functional teams to define new sources of data and increase our email-able leads
- Source and implement enhancements to email execution capabilities
- Partner with analytics to develop targeting and selection criteria for new campaigns; identify test segments based on results and provide testing and targeting recommendations
- Create business cases grounded in research and analytics to secure the prioritization for needed development work
- Track and report performance of newly launched marketing creative and campaigns and provide insights to inform future test strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing required, with exposure to the details of the Email channel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management
- Creative thinking and process driven with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple fast paced, deadline driven projects
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management platforms preferred
- Relevant college degree required
Preferred:
- Financial Services and/or lending experience desired
