Operations Support Representative
The Operations Support Representative provides support for the Merchant Referral Program through implementing and maintaining system enrollments. Growing the business of new, inactive, and active Merchants through ongoing communication, relationship building, and follow-up. The successful candidate will also provide support for field team members, sales team members and businesses enrolled in the program.
In the Role
Systemically processing and maintaining Merchant Referral enrollments
Initiating outbound calls to merchants as necessary to gain information for growth opportunities
Collaborate and partner with sales representatives and branches as needed
Processing merchant reviews
Processing and coordination of merchant inquiry resolution with appropriate OneMain personnel / departments
Project assignments as needed
Making recommendations for process improvements and assisting in training and material development
Delivering high quality service to existing internal / external customers
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year customer service or related business experience
Strong phone, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Quick thinking and creative research skills
Basic knowledge in MS Office applications
Preferred
Retail Auto or Lending experience
