In the Role:

As a Buyer, you will support the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities that keep our business running efficiently. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, work with suppliers, and help manage the procurement lifecycle from purchase request through delivery and supplier support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute purchasing and procurement activities, including creating and managing purchase orders.
  • Partner with internal business teams to understand purchasing needs and support procurement requests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist with sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and obtaining competitive pricing.
  • Support negotiations for pricing, terms, and service agreements.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Resolve supplier, ordering, and invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
  • Support broader procurement initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment while taking ownership of assigned work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, operations, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather information and solve problems.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing procurement organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting purchasing, procurement, vendor management, or sourcing activities.
  • Exposure to supplier negotiations, contract administration, or procurement operations.
  • Experience using Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or other procurement platforms.
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience is a plus.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
  • Can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
