Senior Product Manager – Digital Growth
OneMain Financial is continuing to expand and improve its digital experiences to better serve customers managing personal loans. Our digital product teams work across web and mobile platforms to simplify how customers interact with their accounts while supporting responsible growth for the business.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Digital Growth to lead initiatives focused on increasing engagement and driving new lending opportunities with existing loan customers. This role will focus on improving how customers discover and interact with relevant offers within our digital experiences. Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Engineering, this product leader will drive experimentation, optimize customer journeys, and help evolve the digital experience to better serve customers and support business growth.
In the Role (Duties and Responsibilities)
Own the digital growth strategy for existing loan customers, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, traffic, and conversion to new lending offers.
Partner closely with Marketing to develop and optimize offer placement, targeting strategies, and lifecycle engagement across web and mobile experiences.
Lead the digital growth experimentation strategy, designing and launching A/B tests that improve engagement, traffic, and conversion.
Own key growth metrics and use customer insights, behavioral data, and performance analytics to inform product decisions.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for your domain, ensuring the team is focused on the highest impact opportunities.
Work closely with Engineering and Design to define product requirements, write user stories, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration with your scrum team.
Monitor performance of growth initiatives and iterate quickly based on results and learnings.
Balance customer experience, business objectives, and regulatory considerations when developing product strategies.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably with consumer-facing digital products.
Experience driving growth through digital product experiences, experimentation, or conversion optimization.
Demonstrated experience leading A/B testing or experimentation initiatives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, design, and engineering teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries.
Experience with digital analytics or experimentation platforms.
Experience optimizing customer journeys across web and mobile applications.
Location:
This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in New York City, NY, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Charlotte, NC, Fort Worth, TX or Irving, TX with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Salary
Target base salary range is $100-150, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
