In the Role:
Set strategic direction for the design, development, testing, and implementation of credit risk and pricing products, models, workflows, and decision strategies across enterprise risk platforms.
Own and oversee end-to-end BAU execution, ensuring timely delivery of strategy, policy, and modeling changes with strong operational discipline and governance.
Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for risk execution initiatives, ensuring alignment with modern architecture standards and scalable design principles.
Partner with technology, credit strategy, and policy teams to define long-term product vision, translating business priorities into an evolving, actionable roadmap.
Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives across Credit Strategy, Pricing, Product, and Technology to deliver resilient, high-performance decisioning capabilities.
Drive modernization of the decisioning ecosystem through adoption of cloud-native technologies, containerization, automation, and DevOps practices.
Operate with a product-oriented mindset, applying Agile principles to prioritize, iterate, and deliver high-impact capabilities that meet dynamic business needs.
Navigate ambiguity, bring structure to complex requirements, and maintain accountability for high-quality, business-critical outcomes.
Build and develop high-performing teams through direct management of resources, serving as a technical leader and mentor while fostering innovation, execution excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain robust testing, control, and monitoring frameworks to ensure execution accuracy, model integrity, and effective post-implementation performance oversight.
