At OneMain, District Managers leadteamscommitted to sales andcustomer service. The District Managerinspires theteam to obtain short- and long-term growth and profitobjectivesof assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence.

IN THE ROLE

• Direct activities in the branches, supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken toretaincustomers, manage branch portfolios and correct any sales,operationsor profit deficiencies

• Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices

• Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training, performance, and developing goals for each manager and branch

• Builds business partnerships to addadditionalvalue that is beneficial to the district, its teammembersand customers 

• Optimizesprofitability and controls operating expenses of the district, supervisingapproximately 8-10branch offices 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field orequivalent related work experience

• Ability toattract anddevelopdiverse talent

• 3+yearsrelevantmanagement experience

• Strong analytical abilityand ableto effectively communicate with all levels ofemployees,managementand customers 

• Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast paced environment 

• Successful completion of all required trainings

• Ability to travel andacceptable motor vehicle records history
